Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support property upkeep across multiple facilities. The role involves minor electrical and plumbing tasks, HVAC maintenance, painting and carpentry for tenant improvements, general janitorial work, and grounds upkeep including snow removal.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. A team-oriented, reliable approach is essential as is safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical maintenance.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to perform HVAC filter changes.
• Performs general construction such as painting, carpentry in connection with smaller tenant improvement projects, or general maintenance of property.
• Performs janitorial maintenance including cleaning rooms, restrooms, and common areas; trash removal.
• Performs grounds work / landscaping and snow removal.
• Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.
• May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts.

• Performs janitorial maintenance which may include cleaning rooms, common hallways, common restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots and other work areas, as well as trash removal throughout the property.


• Performs grounds work / landscaping.


• Snow removal.


• Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.


• May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations.


• May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts.


• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.


• Follows all safety and OSHA related policies.

Qualifications
