Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a general maintenance technician to handle electrical and plumbing tasks, HVAC filter changes, painting, carpentry, and routine property upkeep across our portfolio. This role covers janitorial duties, landscaping, snow removal, and on-call emergency responses as needed.

You will coordinate with third-party vendors, follow OSHA guidelines, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment for tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to work in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical maintenance.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to perform HVAC filter changes.
• Performs general construction such as painting, carpentry in connection with smaller tenant improvement projects, or general maintenance of property.
• Performs janitorial maintenance which may include cleaning rooms, common hallways, common restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots and other work areas, as well as trash removal throughout the property.
• Performs grounds work / landscaping.
• Snow removal.
• Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.
• May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Follows all safety and OSHA related policies.
