Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained. You’ll support your manager to ensure smooth operations and quick customer service. No experience? We will teach you!

This role involves assisting multiple departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and general customer service, and may include cross‑training in other areas as needed. Safety and customer satisfaction come first.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service.
• Use tools to clean and maintain facility operations including HVAC, fuel systems, and refrigeration.
• Perform site inspections and other assigned duties.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
