Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained. You’ll support your manager in daily operations and help ensure fast, friendly service for customers. No experience? No problem!

We’ll teach you. The role involves customer-facing duties, cleaning, basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and cross-training in other store departments. We value safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing role providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility; perform basic repairs on HVAC, fuel, trucks, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
