Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store operations and guest satisfaction. You'll work with management to perform routine maintenance, service HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, and other equipment, helping deliver a positive experience for travelers and drivers. Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction, complying with safety policies.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds; work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance.
• Cross-train in other departments and take on leadership roles.
