Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store, restaurant, and truck care operations. You will assist management to ensure smooth daily operations and quick service to customers.

No experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This role is customer-facing and involves cleaning, basic repairs, and equipment operation in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Customer-facing role experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers in-store and at fuel pumps.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment and assist with basic repairs as needed (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Support cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier and Facility Maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety policies and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
