The Grand at Southern Hills in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker to keep apartments, common areas, and outdoor spaces safe and well-maintained for our residents. You will assist with repairs, respond to work orders, and support preventative maintenance to prevent costly issues.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance and/or construction experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly.
• Love for seniors!

Responsabilités

• Assist the Maintenance Director with identifying repairs in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, and parking areas.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs.
• Resolve resident complaints promptly and politely.
• Complete special projects as directed.
