Job summary

TITAN SENQUEST MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Parkview Retirement Center in Sanford, NC. You will perform housekeeping, painting, and routine repairs to prepare vacant units and maintain common areas.

Responsibilities include responding to calls, using basic plumbing/HVAC/ carpentry skills, and ensuring safety standards. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in maintenance such as painting or carpentry.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general apartment and building maintenance.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently as well as with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant resident apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs and housekeeping.
• General maintenance knowledge (replacing faucets and changing filters).
• Interacts with residents and staff in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner at all times.
