Job summary

TITAN SENQUEST MANAGEMENT INC is seeking Med-Techs to support Parkview Retirement Center in Sanford, NC. Med-Techs will assist residents with daily living activities and distribute medications in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include compassionate resident interaction, rounds, documentation in MARS, and participation in meals and safety procedures. Requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Must complete required orientation and training before attending to residents.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Conducts rounds and responds promptly to care needs.
• Counts medications with on-coming shift and documents in MARS.
• May assist with meal service and light housekeeping.
• Attends staff meetings and completes required training.
