Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Kennebunk, ME is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to keep resident homes safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, turning over vacants, and maintaining service standards while following safety regulations. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate hand tools and equipment are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements for estimates and totals.
• Able to use common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and more.
• Complete service requests safely and timely.
• Turn-key work to ready vacant units.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safety and comply with laws and company policies.
• May supervise contractors and drive as needed.
