Job summary

Responsibilities include basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical tasks and coordinating with outside vendors as needed, with adherence to safety and infection control measures where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and plant systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical wiring and basic mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Safe work practices and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities
