Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our senior living community. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist residents, handle building and grounds upkeep, and respond to maintenance issues as they arise, sometimes outside regular hours.

The role requires reliable, safety-conscious individuals with basic plumbing knowledge and a valid driver's license. You will work with a small team and may coordinate with outside vendors for specialized tasks,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance (facility upkeep, preventive tasks).
• Knowledge of plumbing components and basic repairs (fixtures, drains, hot water heaters).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance.
• Handle building and grounds maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies outside regular hours when needed.
