Job summary

Ideal candidates will have prior maintenance experience, plumbing knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and patient-centered service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Plumbing knowledge including fixtures, drains, water heaters, dishwashers, ice machines, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and assist residents with related tasks.
• Maintain building and grounds; troubleshoot maintenance problems as assigned.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Work mainly independently with occasional guidance.
