Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at McFarland Villa Assisted Living, Madison Pointe Senior Living and Stoughton Meadows Senior Living in Wisconsin.

You will perform preventative maintenance, assist residents, and help with building and grounds upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting maintenance issues, coordinating with outside vendors, and responding to emergencies as needed, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Plumbing knowledge including design/mechanics of fixtures, drains, hot water heaters, dishwashers, ice machines, etc.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and assist residents as needed.
• Handle building and grounds maintenance and troubleshoot maintenance problems.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies outside normal working hours.
