Qualifications

• General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects.
• Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies.
• Demonstrates high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team members.
