Woodlyn Heights Senior Living in Inver Grove Heights, MN, seeks a Maintenance Assistant to join our property team. This hands-on role maintains the building, grounds, and equipment, supports facility projects, and upholds safety standards to ensure a comfortable living environment for residents.

The position is full-time with wage based on experience. We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, and offer a supportive workplace that prioritizes resident well-being and quality of care.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects.
• Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies.
