Job summary

The Wealshire in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to support the community operations. This full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform preventative and minor repair work across building systems.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs. Salary is $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and fixtures.

• Respond to on-call maintenance needs and emergency requests.
• Assist in moving residents and maintaining clean, safe environments.
• Document maintenance activities and outages.
