Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Inver Grove Heights, MN location. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with on-call rotation (approx. every 4 weeks). You must provide your own tools and be capable of completing a variety of repair tasks.

The position involves plumbing, appliance, heating and A/C repairs, and routine preventive maintenance, with summer mowing and winter shoveling/salting as needed. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well as a team.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including plumbing, appliances, heating and A/C repairs, lock changes, and minor electrical repairs.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform turnaround maintenance.
• Mowing in summer and shoveling/salting in winter as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as directed.
