Episcopal Retirement Services is seeking a General Maintenance staff member for Marjorie P. Lee in Cincinnati, OH. The role runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call one week per month after hours.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in a related field and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs of community and equipment, observing safety standards.
• Assists with preventive maintenance (e.g., filter changes, lubrication).
• Supports skilled trades (electrical, plumbing).
• Participates in ERS Emergency and Disaster Plan; assists in resident evacuation when needed.
• Maintains pendant alert system and responds during On Call shifts.
