Job summary

Morada Cedar Hill is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community, ensuring timely repairs to grounds, buildings, and equipment.

Your role includes handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks and responding to service requests as needed. Qualified candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, are on-call capable, and understand safety and code regulations.

Qualifications

• One-year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around community grounds and buildings.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, equipment and vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
