Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance & Repairs: conduct routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Work Orders: respond to maintenance requests promptly, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Janitorial Duties: assist with light janitorial tasks, ensuring all common areas remain clean and welcoming.
• Groundskeeping: assist with keeping exterior areas tidy, including landscaping and minor exterior repairs.
• Safety Inspections: ensure areas meet safety standards and proactively address hazards.
• On-call Availability: be available for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular hours.
