Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Woodinville, WA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to care for the interior and exterior of our community under direction of the Director of Environmental Services. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely maintenance tasks to keep spaces clean, functional, and welcoming for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include routine repairs, painting, landscaping, pool/spa upkeep, and responding to work orders while following policies and using proper PPE.

Qualifications

• English literacy and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to PPE and MSDS policies.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and repair equipment and property per work orders.
• Identify and address daily maintenance tasks and repairs around the community.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and assist with landscaping to keep grounds attractive.
• Ensure safety by posting signs, storing chemicals properly, and maintaining clean work areas.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and fixture issues and coordinate material needs.
