Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a reliable Maintenance professional to perform a variety of repairs and upkeep across our community. You will fix faucets, replace light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint, and support residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, painting and helping implement safety protocols.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
