Plano Community Homes in Plano, Texas is seeking Full-Time Maintenance Associates to help maintain a safe and functional environment for low-income seniors. Candidates must have interpersonal and organizational skills, alongside knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

The position requires a flexible team player able to work independently and proficient in heavy lifting tasks. Benefits include medical and dental coverage paid 100% by the organization, with ancillary benefits offered. Must be vaccinated against COVID–19 or willing to be vaccinated.

Qualificações

• Ability to repair simple plumbing leaks and change light bulbs.
• Experience in working with the elderly and knowledge of the aging process.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to be vaccinated.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct preventative maintenance and manage work orders.
• Coordinate cleaning and preparation of make readies.
• Keep fire prevention equipment and building inspections current.
