Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to repair simple plumbing leaks and change light bulbs.
• Experience in working with the elderly and knowledge of the aging process.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to be vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and manage work orders.
• Coordinate cleaning and preparation of make readies.
• Keep fire prevention equipment and building inspections current.
