Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Physical Demands: lifting up to 50 pounds; frequent movement, bending and walking.

Responsibilities

• Performs weekly walk-through inspections of all common areas.
• Follows Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks as required.
• Accesses daily work orders through the TELS system and prioritizes completion.
• Turnover apartments in a timely manner.
• Paint walls and perform wall repairs.
• Light plumbing tasks.
