Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) to repair and maintain commercial and residential buildings, and to complete work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge. You will support the preventative maintenance program.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of technical maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and general mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain physical structures of buildings and respond to work orders.
• Apply carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
