Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
  • General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range
$20.19 - $28.76 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
