Acts is seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, completing work orders with knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and supporting preventative maintenance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of technical maintenance experience
• Mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, or grounds maintenance
• Valid driver's license
