Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across Seafood Production Rooms, warehouses, and dock areas. You will work to minimize downtime, ensure safety, and meet production timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, is mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 lbs+, and capable of standing for 8 hours with bending as needed. This role supports cross-functional teams and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must be on their feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to bend at the waist repeatedly.
• Mechanically inclined and hands-on.”

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs in Seafood Production Rooms, warehouses, freezers, and dock areas.
• Ensure timelines are met and downtime is minimized.
• Coordinate with Operations Production Manager, FSQA, and Supervisors to address opportunities.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant production and storage environments.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and company goals.
