Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across production rooms, warehouses, coolers/freezers, and dock areas. You will ensure timelines, quality, and uptime while supporting safety and cost objectives.

You will coordinate with Operations, FSQA, and supervisors, maintain clean environments, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be on their feet 8 hours a day.
• Must bend at the waist repeatedly.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in Meat/Seafood Production Rooms, warehouses, coolers/freezers, and dock areas.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing and warehousing environments.
• Coordinate with Operations Production Manager, FSQA, and supervisors to address issues.
• Travel occasionally, including potential overnights.
• Other duties as assigned.
