I & MJ Gross Company Inc is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities in Pennsylvania. The role covers day-to-day preventative maintenance, responding to repair requests, and preparing units for turnover with strong customer service and teamwork.

You will perform a broad range of tasks including basic HVAC, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and general building upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance and unit turnover.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to participate in on-call and weekend rotation.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has superior customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• On-call and weekend rotation
• Excellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain building interior and exterior
• Grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation and troubleshooting
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance
