Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and prepare suites for move-ins across our residential communities. The role requires teamwork, strong customer service, and the ability to work on-call including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• On-call and weekend rotation
• Excellent communication and people skills to maintain customer satisfaction
• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
• Respond to work orders promptly
• Prepare vacant suites for move-ins
• Maintain building interior and exterior
• Grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation and troubleshooting
• Install, maintain and repair plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance
