Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Marlowe South Tampa. You will perform technical and mechanical tasks to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe and clean, meeting company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-readies for vacant units. You’ll handle inventory, follow safety procedures, and assist with inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Finish make-ready process, pre-move-out inspections, and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
