Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community's upkeep and protect the property's value in College Station, TX. You will assist with interior and exterior maintenance and provide customer-service oriented support as part of a team.

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; HVAC certification preferred; and good communication and people skills.

Responsibilities
