Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Technician for the Greenville Embassy Suites in Greenville, SC. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with guest room upkeep, and address basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues to keep operations smooth and guest comfort high.

Requirements include at least 6 months of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and any HVAC/electrical/plumbing certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
