Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Tulsa is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service guest rooms and common areas within the Tulsa Renaissance. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, repairs, and safe operation of hotel systems.

You will document work orders, handle basic HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, and assist with groundskeeping and general upkeep to ensure guest satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
