Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Kansas City Homewood Suites is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms, public areas, and systems in top shape. You will perform preventive tasks, fix minor mechanical issues, and document work orders to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Compensation Range : $20.48-$21.50
