Job summary

Ramblewood Apartments in Clarksville, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming, handling routine tasks and special projects.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train others. HVAC or EPA certifications are a plus; we offer on-call rotation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
• Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required.
• Capable of meeting all physical role requirements including navigating multi-level environments via stairs.
• HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders to address maintenance requests.
• Assist with apartment turns and unit readiness.
• Maintain curb appeal and common-area cleanliness.
• Help with special projects as needed.
• Share in an on-call maintenance rotation and respond to emergencies.

Your Role on the Team

Ramblewood Apartments is a 112 unit affordable multi-family property in Clarksville, TN. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to help keep the apartment community safe, clean, and welcoming. You’ll support day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, maintaining curb appeal, and helping with special projects as needed. You’ll share in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team and use a variety of skills—including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work—while making a positive impact on the community and residents you serve.
