LHP CAPITAL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Overlook Ridge Apartments in Nashville, TN. You will support the maintenance supervisor to keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming, handling work orders and routine tasks.

Ideal candidates have prior apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license; HVAC/EPA credentials are a plus and training is available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• HVAC certification or EPA certification a plus; training offered for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders.
• Assist with apartment turns and curb appeal improvements.
• Share on-call rotation with the maintenance team.
• Handle HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and custodial tasks as needed.

Your Role on the Team

Overlook Ridge Apartments is a 200 unit affordable multi-family property in Nashville, Tn. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to help keep the apartment community safe, clean, and welcoming. You’ll support day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, maintaining curb appeal, and helping with special projects as needed. You’ll share in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team and use a variety of skills—including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work—while making a positive impact on the community and residents you serve.

Who is our Ideal Candidate?

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.li>
• Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required.
• Capable of meeting all physical role requirements including navigating multi-level environments via stairs.
• HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
