As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to help keep the apartment community safe, clean, and welcoming. You’ll support day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, maintaining curb appeal, and helping with special projects as needed. You’ll share in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team and use a variety of skills—including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work—while making a positive impact on the community and residents you serve.
