Wesley Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to serve our senior living communities across Dyersburg, Halls, and Tiptonville, TN. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work to keep homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents.
You will implement preventative maintenance with the property manager, prepare unit turns, and support after-hours emergencies with professionalism and respect for residents.
Full-time | $19.00/hour | 40 hours per week

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who can use their interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly by performing general and advanced maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. In our low-income senior living community, your job is about more than just fixing leaks and making repairs; it's about making sure our residents can live with dignity in a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home. You will ensure development and execution of a preventative maintenance plan in conjunction with your property manager in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.
