Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and the equipment in good working order. This role is part of the Maintenance Team at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

The Maintenance Person will perform tasks such as daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities cleaning preferred.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
