You will work as part of the maintenance team, receiving training and support from the restaurant to succeed. This role involves routine tasks like fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, stock room upkeep, and assisting with deliveries and waste handling.

Qualifications

• Maintenance duties focused on cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to follow instructions from restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
