Job summary

McDonald’s maintenance position involves supporting management to keep the restaurant clean inside and out and to maintain equipment. The Maintenance Person will join a team responsible for daily upkeep and preventive tasks across the dining area and facilities.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning, restocking, and basic repairs. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a fast-paced franchise setting.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
