Job summary

McDonald’s operates a restaurant and is seeking a Maintenance Person to uphold interior and exterior cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order. The role supports management and requires hands-on maintenance tasks.

You will perform daily oil fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, restock areas, unload deliveries, and service HVAC units. The position offers competitive pay and benefits including education assistance and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain cleanliness in a busy restaurant.
• Willingness to assist with various maintenance duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
