McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to support a restaurant under a franchisee. The role focuses on interior and exterior cleanliness, equipment care, and basic upkeep to help the team run smoothly.

The Maintenance Person will perform routine tasks across the dining area and back-of-house, including daily fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, and window cleaning, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and keeping equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
