Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant interior and exterior exceptionally clean and to maintain all restaurant equipment. You will be part of the Maintenance Team with access to tools and training to help you succeed.

The role includes daily fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning, trash handling, changing bulbs, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning, contributing to a well‑run, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
