Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team serving communities nationwide, with a focus on Georgia regions. Under supervision, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and perform routine maintenance as needed, including after-hours emergencies.

You should have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• General maintenance knowledge (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
