Job summary

Peak Living in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and handle basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-call calls as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in general maintenance, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and strong communication skills. EPA and CPO certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
