Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the operation of property buildings and grounds. You will be responsible for daily repairs, prep of vacated units, and ensuring tools and supplies are stocked, while upholding safety standards and on-call responsiveness.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus handyman experience; loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and OSHA standards followed.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and respond to service requests.
